Xoomworks Procurement is happy to announce the recent go-live of one of UK’s largest auto parts repair experts. The client, who maintains over 600 repair centres spread across the UK and Ireland whose offering includes a full range of services and products for vehicle maintenance, used Xoomworks to assist with the delivery of its Coupa P2P project and additional release management services.
The client selected Coupa and Xoomworks as part of their drive to add simplicity and visibility to their existing P2P processes. They also wanted to increase the level of control over buying to eliminate maverick spend and to make sure that buying processes across their various business units were homogenized.
The project integrated Coupa P2P with their existing ERP, and is intended to further integrate with other LoB applications following the successful go live in November this year.
Xoomworks has been working together with the client designing, building and deploying Coupa across the business.
The client has opted to continue to maintain their engagement with Xoomworks in business as usual through the release management service that Xoomworks offer, helping to ensure that their Coupa investment continues to deliver for them through the next major upgrades.
