Two leading housing associations have selected Xoomworks Procurement as their partner to implement the Coupa Source to Pay solution.
Xoomworks’ deep understanding of procurement processes, its ability to integrate Coupa with payment and other enterprise systems, and provision of early access to the project team were key factors in Xoomworks becoming a trusted implementation partner. Flexibility around the implementation approach was also important, with one client taking a step-by-step approach, deploying invoicing as phase 1, followed by the procurement module in phase 2.
Rapid deployment is a feature of both projects, with go live typically 12-14 weeks after kick-off. Xoomworks is working closely with both housing providers to ensure staff are fully trained are to assume responsibility for their systems, becoming self-sufficient from the start. Design workshops have been run by Xoomworks, to ensure the solution is a good fit for the business needs. For instance, invoice processing will be automated by using InvoiceSmash from Coupa, which automatically creates invoices from emails.
