Re-engaged to provide 3rd Level Support and Release Management, Xoomworks will provide technical expertise, so that the client can continue to increase ROI from their Procurement solution.
The client is a global leader in information and communications technology with 98,000 employees worldwide, serving business enterprises, communications services providers and government agencies in 56 countries, and across 6 continents.

Xoomworks have worked closely with the client: initially on training programs for the Coupa platform and vendor enablement, then providing release maintenance, upgrade support, and regression testing, before leading to the signing of a 6 month contract with Xoomworks’ near shore Operational Procurement Support team. This contract has now been renewed for a further 6 months with a slight shift in remit, adding in 3rd Level Support and Release Management.
