Xoomworks Procurement has helped a Motoring Financial Services company take control of its spend by implementing the SAP Ariba Cloud P2P solution.
Guided buying, catalogue purchasing, up-front approvals and automated invoice processing will improve compliance with corporate policies, improve cashflow and reduce manual intervention in the P2P process. Improved analytics will enable the client to rationalise its supplier base and deliver substantial savings to the bottom line. The time taken to raise purchase orders has been reduced and policy compliance increased by making the right way to buy easier for users.
As a result of the successful implementation of SAP Ariba Cloud, Xoomworks was also asked to re-engineer an earlier Supplier Sourcing and Management Solution. Rules were changed to streamline the onboarding process, improving compliance for qualifying new suppliers prior to spend being placed with them, or data being shared.
With all these changes in place, the client now has a roadmap for user-friendly, controlled procurement.
