Xoomworks Procurement is happy to announce its recent implementation of Coupa at European Tyre Enterprise Limited (ETEL), the UK’s leading tyre group which includes Kwik Fit GB and Stapleton’s Tyre Services, has resulted in a number of business benefits including a projected 1% reduction in business costs.
ETEL maintains over 600 repair centres across the UK and Ireland for vehicle maintenance. They selected Coupa P2P and Xoomworks as their implementation partner in their drive to add control and visibility to their P2P processes in order to increase efficiencies and make cost savings.
“We had identified problems around the visibility and management of expenses as well as invoicing cycles and needed to put some level of control in. With two businesses merged under one group we should also have been able to leverage enhanced group buying power opportunities whilst consolidating our financial information to improve efficiencies. ”Sharon Dopran, ETEL Group Finance Controller
Additional benefits achieved following the implementation of Coupa include:
- More robust and accurate financial reporting
- Reduction in volume of usage of unapproved and one-off suppliers
- Reduced headcount as authorised payments are now processed automatically in Coupa
- Enhanced collaboration between ETEL’s finance and procurement teams
Dopran adds “We now have an automated approvals process and this ensures suppliers are paid promptly. Coupa gives us great efficiency in the accounts payable team to deal with current work, whereas before we were never able to catch up with the volume of invoices we received. Coupa is working well for us and Xoomworks was phenomenal in making sure our requirements were met.”
During its partnership with Coupa, Xoomworks has implemented more Coupa solutions than any other company in EMEA. Coupled with its team of over 100 Coupa technology experts, ex-industry procurement heads and senior procurement change consultants, Xoomworks was the obvious fit for the project.
