Xoomworks Procurement is pleased to announce the signing of one of Eastern Europe’s largest oil and gas companies. The client is part of an international group with more than 7,000 employees, operating in 11 markets throughout Europe and Central Asia, being active primarily in trading, refining and petrochemicals, with additional operations in exploration and production.
The client has chosen Xoomworks as its implementation partner for a Coupa Source to Pay solution. By implementing Coupa, the Client expects to make efficiency savings from a more streamlined process as well as significant savings from better control of their spend. These savings are expected to come from closer budget management, early payment discounts and increasing the level of on contract spend.
Xoomworks will deliver a Global design and rollout in Romania. Knowledge transfer to the Client will be a key deliverable during this project. This will enable them to be self-sufficient for a second wave rollout to a further three countries. Xoomworks will also take end-to-end responsibility for integration, managing configuration of the Coupa side, middleware and SAP side.
Xoomworks was selected as the implementation partner, because of their very strong Coupa track record and capability, local presence in Romania and XoomCloud rapid deployment methodology.
