The client who produce their brands from more than 200 sites in 30 countries, and sells their products in over 180 countries around the world, recognised the need to transform their global source to pay processes to drive out costs and reduce spend.

After conducting the initial analysis phase with the client, Xoomworks where selected as implementation partner to lead a global design followed by a worldwide roll out of the Coupa solution.
Signing in May 2015, Xoomworks were selected over other larger consulting practices due to recognition of cultural fit between the two organisations.
