2021 – a year of growth for Xoomworks Procurement

2021 has been a busy year for Xoomworks Procurement, the good kind of busy. We’ve continued to grow, and we can honestly say that 2021 has been our best year so far.

We expanded our team both in terms of numbers and skills, with our delivery team doubling in size and teams now based in 8 European countries. We also expanded our client portfolio, reaching over 600 cloud Source to Pay implementations successfully completed in over 120 countries. It’s been an exciting 9 months and we are eager to see what the future brings.

Project delivery highlights

In the first 9 months of 2021 we acquired 28 new customers, significantly more compared to last year’s numbers but also to pre-pandemic times. We’re very appreciative of all the customers that have chosen to partner with us through this time of global uncertainty and equally appreciative of the customers that continued their partnership with Xoomworks Procurement this year. Building long lasting relationships with our customers is one of our core values.

In 2021 alone our team delivered 44 Source to Pay implementation projects across 32 countries – whether that meant supporting our clients with the implementation of a new Source to Pay solution or assisting them with additional rollouts of their current systems.

This year we focused on enhancing our proprietary solutions, that enable us to deliver Source to Pay projects at the highest standards, with the launch of XoomConnect 2.0, our managed integration platform as a service, specifically designed for our Coupa customers, a CoupaLink certified platform that accelerates and simplifies the integration between Coupa and ERP system(s). 8 of our European clients are now using XoomConnect 2.0.

Being able to support our customers after go-live is a priority here at Xoomworks Procurement. Once the implementation has been completed, we want our customers to get the most out of their Source to Pay system. We are proud of the world-class expertise from our Centers of Excellence in Romania and Bulagria where we are currently running 45 operational procurement support services across 31 different customers.


Team expansion highlights

A company, and the services it delivers, is only as good as the people it employs. Therefore in 2021 we focused on expanding and upskilling our team.

Our delivery team has doubled in size, our DACH team has grown significantly this year, and we have now expanded to the Nordics region and hired our first team members.

MicrosoftTeams-image (13)When it comes to the Xoomworks Procurement team, one of our top assets is our language capabilities. Our multilingual team now covers 13 languages, which enables us to provide the best support to our clients no matter where in the world they are located.

As part of our upskilling and training strategy, this year we launched XoomAcademy – a new internal learning platform, dedicated to onboarding, upskilling and developing our employees.

All in all, so far, 2021 has been a year of growth for Xoomworks Procurement, not only financially but also looking at our team, our shared knowledge and the variety of customers we had the chance to partner with. We’ll say it again: we are excited to see what the future brings.
