We’re proud of our team from the Cluj Knowledge Center, and this month, in the Meet the Team section we’re featuring an interview with Adina – one of our Coupa Subject-Matter Experts (SME) and Senior Supplier Integration Analysts from the team in Cluj.
Tell us about your time/journey in Xoomworks
I joined Xoomworks’ OPS Support team three years ago, as a Coupa and Sourcing Analyst. I started as a Service Desk analyst, quickly moving to Supplier Enablement and Implementation projects, as well as being involved in supporting live auctions for one of our customers.
Six short months down the line, I discovered cXML Supplier Integrations. This service has been my focus ever since, as I helped build the process, develop the internal knowledgebase and train a small team in order to support this type of projects. I am currently the Service Owner for all supplier integration processes in the Cluj office, on both Coupa and Taulia platforms.
What do you like most about working at Xoomworks?
For me, the most exciting part about working at Xoomworks is the rhythm. I have a very active mind and a constant need of discovering new things, so the nature of the services I am engaged in keeps me on my toes. It fits perfectly with my personality and it makes me feel like I still have a great deal to learn here.
Are there any projects that you are particularly fond of?
I am particularly fond of Coupa cXML projects – this service has been my “baby” for the past two and a half years. It challenges me every day and I am looking forward to growing it even more.
What are your hobbies? What do you like doing in your free time?
I have always been into arts and crafts, so drawing is very close to my heart. I try to do it as much as I can, as often as I can. Another thing I am passionate about is animals and animal rights – I am an active volunteer for one Cluj association that helps abandoned animals.
