Ian leads the Procurement Consulting business at Xoomworks, responsible for the team’s delivery and growth of the practice. Prior to this, Ian was a senior manager leading numerous procurement projects, strategic reviews, and change programmes at clients such as British Airways, Standard Chartered Bank, Axa, Dell, and the Home Office. The last programme was at Sky, a project that was shortlisted for Procurement Leaders’ 2013 Best Procurement Service Provider award.
I head up the Xoomworks Procurement Consultancy Sales team. I have 30 years’ experience in the IT industry and have founded, built and successfully sold two VC funded technology start-ups. I have a wide range of commercial, sales and technical experience in senior roles, usually at Board level. My spare time is occupied working for my wife in our Nipstone Boarding Kennels and looking after 30 alpaca, 10 llamas, 6 sheep, 9 chickens and seven dogs.
Martin is part of the management team at Xoomworks and is responsible for building the delivery capability within the Xoomworks Procurement Consulting team and aligning the Xoomworks value propositions with partner technologies. Martin’s role brings him onto many Xoomworks projects in an advisory and strategic manner, where he ensures the technical solution is aligned with the business requirements and will ultimately deliver customer success. Martin likes to ski, play golf and spend time with his family
Cédric combines industry experience that he acquired in the automotive area, as he was involved in various procurement-related roles, and 10 years consulting experience. He is a keen implementation manager as well as handling C-level conversations to ensure that his projects gets the right exposure. He's an eSourcing expert, and considers eAuctions as a professional hobby. His experiences also include management of large Procurement Transformation projects. Cédric is Coupa Certified and is now in charge of growing our French Office, aiming to bring Xoomworks' experience to French clients.
Ann has over 25 years experience in Business Development and Account Management roles. Having worked with both Public and Private sector clients to provide P2P, Finance and HR solutions. Ann is keen to ensure that clients receive high quality services tailored to their business goals.
Ann loves bargain hunting at antique fairs and vintage markets and driving her original Fiat 500.
Kelly is a Senior Consultant at Xoomworks and is responsible for the project management and successful implementation of Coupa projects. She is experienced in other procurement transformation work at Xoomworks including a project shortlisted for the Procurement Leaders’ 2013 Best Procurement Service Provider award. Kelly’s experience covers an extensive range of industries and in addition to Coupa implementations she has experience with Ariba and SAP.
Karen is a Senior Consultant at Xoomworks and is responsible for the project management and successful implementation of a variety of projects including Coupa. She has deployed solutions using a variety of methodologies, from highly disciplined PRINCE 2 style, through to Agile approaches. Karen is Coupa Certified and has participated in and led projects nationally and globally. She believes most important attributes of a successful Project Manager are to retain the focus on the business objectives of the project and to apply a pragmatic and structured approach to any issues or conflict that arise during a project.
Steve is a highly-motivated and focused consultant with have strong operational and technical support experience on E-procurement tools including SAP SRM, Ariba & Coupa. With a strong understanding of the procurement cycle and experience across a number of clients and industries he possesses expertise to get the most out of these system. He particularly enjoys determining the root cause of a problem, not just enabling a resolution to be made but also understanding why it occurred
David is a Principal Consultant and Engagement Manager at Xoomworks. With over 13 years’ experience in Procurement with various roles ranging from Buyer to Indirect Procurement Manager to Consultant with related roles as Client Relationship Manager and Implementation Manager. These roles provide a wide commercial view of all elements in Procurement. System expertise includes SAP and Coupa, and David was also one of the winners of the prestigious SAP Business Innovation Award 2013 for Collaborative Sourcing.
Dan is a Principal Consultant at Xoomworks with 7 years of experience implementing both upstream and downstream procurement solutions. Dan has project managed and consulted on a number of procurement projects across sectors including banking, FMCG, mining, telecom and utilities which have ranged in size from local to global. Dan specialises in project management, Coupa S2P and SAP S2C.
S2P Ariba & Coupa Consultant
Alex is a passionate Source to Pay consultant- Coupa certified, experienced in using Ariba as a Spend Management eSolution, with 6 years of S2P acumen she has been in charge of the RFX eSourcing project management. She has also been responsible for application design, technical and business process mapping, UAT management, supplier enablement and master data performance for major Fortune 500 companies. She translated business needs into shorter sourcing cycles, better KPIs and faster payments with reduced resources. Alex is fluent in English, Romanian, German and Italian.
Charles Is a certified implementation Consultant with more than 2 years experience in information systems related to procurement and especially procure to pay solutions. Charles has been directly involved in the implementation of a P2P solution as an integrator for a client allowing him to have a broader visibility on a project and to understand the client’s needs while facilitating the communication between the client and the project team. In his previous experience, Charles has also worked on SAP migration projects and has been responsible of the purchasing tools for a client’s purchasing department.
Edward is an experienced consultant with extensive operational and P2P procurement experience in Coupa and SAP. He has spent the last 6 years working for blue chip companies such as CA, EA, Shell and Sony in a wide range of roles, including Process Control, Contract Management, e-Sourcing, P2P and Category Management. He is a certified Coupa Consultant, a keen snowboarder and an enthusiastic member of our team!
Business Development Manager
Giuseppe is Senior Consultant with over 30 years related experience of Purchase to Pay, ERP, Supply-Chain, and Retail software solutions selection and implementation. Prior to Xoomworks, Giuseppe worked for software vendors companies as Oracle/J.D.Edwards, Infor, and Basware, as Senior Consultant, Client and Project Manager, and Development Manager. Assisting mainly mid-sized distribution and manufacturing organizations engaged in enterprise transformation projects and European core-model roll-out, by improving their business processes, Giuseppe spent several years in a variety of industries, including Consumer goods, Electronics, Paper Industry, Foods, he has developed expertise as well in specific areas like Fashion, Luxury, Textile Industries. Certified in Coupa P2P, PMP-PMI Project Management and others solutions platforms, Giuseppe is fluent in French and Italian.
Service Delivery Manager
Paul leads the Operational Procurement Support (OPS) department of Procurement Consulting. He is responsible for the designing, transitioning and then managing all procurement support services. This covers three main areas:
Adela is currently working as a Team Manager of the Operational Procurement Support department with over 9 years of e-procurement experience. Together with her team, Adela delivers Operational Support services on e-procurement systems such as Coupa and Ariba along with working on various Implementation and Optimisation projects.
Alina is an experienced Team Manager within the Operational Procurement Support department who joined Xoomworks back in 2013. Driven by a willingness and ability to provide a first-rate level of service for customers, she has a strong operational and technical support experience on E-procurement tools such as Ariba and Coupa. Having a background in Economy and Business Administration, her role is focused on delivering a variety of services including training delivery, manual testing, 1st and 2nd line support, CSN/Catalogue Enablement, cXML/PunchOut Enablement and Release Management.
Inga is a Team Manager and has been part of Operational Procurement Support (OPS) for over five years. She manages the team who deliver Ariba Upstream and Downstream functional and technical support services, including P2P, Spend Analytics, Release Management, Transaction Desk and End-User Training for multiple clients. Inga also coordinates integration projects between customers and their suppliers.
Ana is a Team Lead within the Operational Procurement Support department and she joined Xoomworks in 2016. She is a dynamic person and is involved in a variaty of projects such as Service Desk, Supplier Enablement and Implementations. Her previous work experience is in Marketing and Finance and some of her strongest skills are communication, pro-activeness and accuracy and her motto is to always remember to have fun and to look at the bright side of things.
Delia is a Team Lead within the Operational Procurement Support department and she joined Xoomworks in 2016. Her role is focused on delivering a variety of Service Desk and Enhancement services on the Coupa eProcurement tool, including 1st - 3rd line support, Coupa Implementation and Supplier Enablement on Coupa and Ariba. She has also participated in projects focused on creating and updating training materials. Her background is in internet and phone research for the U.S. Real Estate Market.
Dora is a Senior Coupa Analyst and Team Lead within the Operational Procurement Support (OPS) department. She has operational and technical support experience on variety of Procurement systems such as Ariba and Coupa. Since joining Xoomworks in October, 2011, her role has been focused on Implementation projects, cXML Supplier Enablement, Release Management, Service Desk and Training delivery. Her previous professional background includes Customer Support and teaching.
Ioana is a Team Lead and a Senior Coupa/Determine Analyst as part of the Operational Procurement Support department. She is also a Senior Sourcing Analyst with vast experience in a variety of systems. Fluent in French, Spanish and English, Ioana has been with Xoomworks for almost four years delivering support on e-Procurement tools such as Coupa, Ariba, Iasta and Determine, across multiple European languages on a range of services such as Sourcing, Implementation, Optimisation, Training delivery, 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line Support, Release Management, cXML Enablement and Supplier Enablement.
She has a Master’s Degree in Asian Languages and International Business from the University of La Rochelle, in France and has previously lived and worked in Paris, Tenerife and Brussels in Marketing and Management.
Loredana is a Team Lead and Senior Sourcing Analyst (Coupa, Ariba, Iasta) in the Operational Procurement Support (OPS) team. She has joined Xoomworks in October 2016 and her role is covering Sourcing, Supplier Enablement, Service Desk, Implementations, Release Management, Optimisations, Client Training and Testing.
Her previous experience covers Client Services, Operational Procurement, BT, Corporate Culture, Communication and Training. Dedicated, adaptable and a tech enthusiast, Loredana is looking forward to the learning opportunities ahead.
Starting with January 2014 Ramona has been working within the Operational Procurement Support team. She is primarly focused on Change and Release Management of Ariba Upstream systems, but recently Ramona has also taken up the challenge of Team Leader role. Her involvment is seen in different activities such as system integration, Ariba OnDemand solution implementation and data cleasing. As past experience, she worked in different roles and in a variety of areas, especially with Oracle CRM tools.
Lead Integration Architect
Ian has over twenty years’ experience in developing robust solutions for both systems development and integration. He has worked in many different technical disciplines and has a strong core of SAP skills. During his career, he has worked in a wide variety of industries. This extensive experience enables him to develop successful solutions to meet business needs. Ian is one of the lead integration architects in the Procure to Pay team at Xoomworks where he advises, designs and builds robust solutions for our clients.
With 5 years in Xoomworks, a background in SAP FI, SRM, MDM, SAP Sourcing, Risk Assessment, Ariba eAuctions and Spend Analytics, Ileana is an Ariba SME and a Senior Data Analyst within the Operational Procurement Support (OPS) department. She provides valuable support on a variety of services from Data Analysis to Service Desk, Transaction Desk, Sourcing and Training while being highly motivated, professional, adaptable and customer orientated, always willing to have a go at a new challenge.
Coupa SME and Senior Supplier Integration Analyst, Adina has been part of the Operational Procurement Spport (OPS) team for almost four years. She is experienced in supporting e-Procurement systems on a range of services such as Implementation, Service Desk, Catalogue Enablement, cXML/Punchout Enablement, Sourcing, Release Management and Training delivery for both English and French speaking customers. Highly motivated, adaptable and enthusiastic, Adina is always ready for new challenges.
Flavia is a Coupa SME and Sourcing Analyst in the Operational Procurement Support (OPS) team, who joined Xoomworks in May 2016. She has been involved in a variety of projects such as: Supplier Enablement, Implementation, Sourcing, Release Management, Regression Testing and cXML Enablement. Her previous work experience is in Utility Management and Customer Service for U.S based clients. She is focused, ambitious and determined to do a great job.
Joe is an experienced Procurement Analyst with a strong background in finance and the ability to tackle projects in a logical and creative way. Joe is a certified Coupa Implementation Consultant with experience working on a variety of Coupa and Ariba implementation projects for clients including NEC, DMG Media, Chain IQ and Bourne Leisure. Prior to joining Xoomworks, Joe has worked at both multinational blue-chip companies including PwC and UBS Investment Bank, and dynamic and entrepreneurial startups, and enjoys collaborating with stakeholders of all levels.
Arun is an experienced Senior Analyst who has worked on a wide range of projects within both the Public and Private Sector. He has a keen interest in Purchase to Pay and has experience implementing a variety of systems such as; Coupa, SAP and Integra. His time spent operating as a Business Analyst has enabled him to gain extensive skill in spend analytics, the creation of client performance reporting and identifying savings opportunities.
A results orientated, adaptable and resourceful Procurement Analyst who thrives on challenges and takes pride in achieving and exceeding team and corporate objectives. Previous experience includes sole responsibility for supporting SAP Procurement systems, both the SAP SRM shop functionality and SAP eSourcing/Ariba Upstream, as well as a Property system. Previously, worked in Supply Chain Management with International, multicultural companies, managing inventory levels, customer needs, suppliers and third party warehouses in America, Latin America and Europe. Senior Data Analyst
Alexandra joined Xoomworks in August 2015 as Data Analyst on an Ariba project. Currently, besides her initial role, she works as Supplier Integration Specialist and is in charge with the XoomTune report. The projects she was involved in helped her develop SQL, Pentaho (ETL tool) and VBA coding skills. She has previously worked in the outsourcing area, as a Data Analyst supporting French clients.
Senior Support Analyst
Catalina is a Senior Coupa Analyst within the Operational Procurement Support Team who has joined Xoomworks in July 2015. She is a service owner for several Supplier Enablement projects with various clients and has helped on Coupa Implementation projects. She has previously worked in Credit Control and Real Estate and has a lot of experience with Customer Services. She also has experience in SAP, the Ebilling platform and has done internships and volunteering work for several local TV and radio stations as part of her Journalism studies.
Senior Support Analyst
Larisa is a Senior Coupa Support Analyst within the Operational Procurement Support Team who joined Xoomworks in July 2015. She has delivered support on various services such as: Supplier Enablement (Coupa Supplier Portal/Catalogues), Regression Testing and Release Management, Service Desk Support (1st, 2nd and 3rd line) in both English and French, Coupa Optimisation and cXML Enablement. She recently started working on Determine, providing support on Implementation and Supplier Enablement.
She has previously worked in the Customer Service area, dealing with tasks related to Client Database Management and Invoicing for French clients.
Senior Training Analyst
Cosmin delivers training service for Ariba upstream end users. He is the internal 1st Line Support analyst for the Incident Management system as well as for the telephone system. He is also responsible with the UAT of upgrades of the systems used internally. Cosmin has worked on a range of projects both internal and client facing and is experienced in working with stakeholders from all levels. Some examples of these projects are ad-hoc pre-sales role researching potential opportunities, cold calling prospects, enriching data in CRM system and conducting market research.
Senior Support Analyst
Roxana is a Senior Coupa Analyst as part of the Operational Procurement Support department and she has joined Xoomworks in January 2016. Focusing mainly on testing activities, she is enjoying her role as Coupa System Lead for the testing team. She also extended her work by participating in Release Management process as a resource and project lead, Service Desk activities and training materials update process. She has previously worked in Sales Operations area dealing with reporting and client support using mostly Salesforce and Oracle.
Bator joined Xoomworks in May 2018 as a Coupa Support Analyst in the Operational Procurement Support department. His previous work experience as an operations agent for a multinational travel company gave him the opportunity to develop his social skills and to obtain experience in problem solving. He is eager to meet new challenges, always motivated to learn, adaptable and team player.
Balázs joined Xoomworks in October, 2017 as a Support Analyst. At the moment working on various service desk projects and release management. His previous working experience covers Real Estate Market Research, Sales Support Analyst, Researcher and Editor. Having a BA Degree in Sociology with good analytical skills, always looking at the bigger picture and taking in consideration all the small details. A reliable, intuitive and forward thinking person who likes to take on new challenges.
Patricia has joined Xoomworks in April 2017 as part of the Operational
Procurement Support department as a Coupa Support Analyst, mainly focused on Regression Testing activities. She extended her work by participating in Release Management process as a resource and as a deputy, updating training materials and internal scripts and most recently by working on an implementation project.
Patricia has a background in Geography and Tourism and previously worked in Customer Service field. She is highly motivated and enjoys new challenging experiences everytime.
Aron joined Xoomworks in June 2018 as a Procurement Analyst for Coupa. He previously worked as a Customer Care Representative for almost 2 years. Aron has a hands on personality, likes to take on any challenge no matter how hard it may look, likes to have fun while working and deliver a good product. Excited to be here, he is a team player, and he grasps at becoming better.
Emma joined Xoomworks in August 2018 as a Coupa Support Analyst with English and Spanish as part of the Operational Procurement Support department. She previously worked as a Customer Support Representative for two years. She is enthusiastic, eager to learn and always looking for new challenges. She is really excited to be part of this amazing team and to be involved in different projects.
Ruxandra has joined Xoomworks in October 2016 as part of the Operational Procurement Support department in the role of Coupa Support Analyst. Her activities include mainly Regression Testing, cXML testing and Release Management. Recently she became head of the Coupa Internal Training Program. She has also participated in Service Desk activities and took the lead on updating the Internal Scripts. In addition, she is part of a Supplier Enablement process in English and Spanish.
Ruxandra has a background in modern languages (fluent in English, Spanish and Italian) and media communication, with experience as a Language Trainer and as a Digital Marketer. Her thirst for knowledge drives her to get involved in as many activities as possible and to always try to better herself.
Cristina joined the Xoomworks team in September 2018 as a Coupa Support Analyst with French in the Operational Procurement Support department. She previously worked as a customer support representative, where she learned how to adapt to challenging situations and find solutions quickly. She graduated from the Faculty of Letters in July and she now started her Master's degree in Multilingual and Multicultural Communication, at UBB. Working and studying at the same time reflects her eager to improve and succeed in the projetcs she works on.
Berangere is a French girl who just moved to Cluj. She joined the Xoomworks team in September this year as both Coupa and Determine Support Analyst in the French Team. She previously worked in Public Offices for elected representatives in France and in high-standard tourism in the French Carribean. She is eager to learn new things and to adapt to new challenges using the skills she got in her previous experiences. She is really motivated to be part of this amazing team experiencing different cultures and building cultural awareness.
Andrada joined Xoomworks in June 2017, as a Support Analyst. At the moment, she focuses mainly on testing activities, as a part of the Operational Procurement Support (OPS) Coupa Team, which she loves. Besides these activities, she also participates in Release Management projects and updating internal scripts. With previous experience in retail and customer service, she considers continuous learning the key to personal development.
George joined Xoomworks in September 2018 as a Procurement Analyst for Coupa.
His previous work experience as a Customer Support Representative and as a Chefbefore that, thought him how to be a team player and how to deal whit a fast passed and always busy environment. George has an engaged and responsible mindset, he is eager and excited to take on new challenges however hard they might seem, he likes immersing himself in new tasks so that he might deliver quality results within the workplace.
Always curious, adaptable and eager he hopes to be a valuable member of the team.
Rares is a Coupa Analyst as part of the Operational Procurement Support department. He has recently joined Xoomworks. His previous work experience was in fields such as Insurance, FOREX and gaming industry. He likes to work with people and be amongst them and he thrives to achieve things which can help develop other's skills. Being a mentor and a solution coach on the previous job made him develop in ways which benefit his professional life. He is very eager to be part of this awesome environment and he is open to any challenge.
Diana has joined Xoomworks in August 2018 as part of the Operational Procurement Support department as a Coupa Support Analyst. Her activities include mainly Release Management process.Previously worked in Customer Service field offering support and dealing with internal processes. She is very excited to become a part of the work process at Xoomworks. Adaptable, dedicated and focused, Diana is looking forward to the learning opportunities ahead.
Ileana is a Coupa Support Analyst as part of the Operational Procurement Support department with the main focus on Release Management and Service Desk projects. She has joined Xoomworks in March 2018. Her previous work experience was in the Customer Support field in a Call center assisting customers via call or email support. She enjoys working both independently and in a team and she is always excited to take on new tasks.
Andi joined Xoomworks in August 2018 as a Coupa Analyst, with an initial main focus on Release Management projects, but has also dabbled with Service Desk, while waiting for new opportunities to unfold. He has gained a vast experience in Customer Satisfaction, as he previously worked as a Customer Care Representative for four years, during which time has managed many training and alternative customer support projects. He is honest, straight-forward, efficient, funny and will always go the extra-mile in the field.
Mihaela is a Coupa Support Analyst with French as part of the Operational Procurement Support department. She has joined Xoomworks in March 2018. Her previous work experience was as a Tactical Buyer for an American multinational corporation that designs, manufactures, and sells airplanes.
She recently started working on Determine, providing support on Supplier Enablement.
Always enthusiastic to learn and undertake new challenges, she is eager to be part of the team.
Greti joined Xoomworks in March 2018 as a part of the Operational Procurement Support department. Previously she worked as a Customer Support Representative for a US based real estate management company. She is highly motivated and will welcome any challenge. She looks forward to being a part of the team.
Réka joined Xoomworks in July 2018 as a Coupa Support Analyst, mainly focused on Release Management projects. She has a 2-year experience in Customer Care during which she learned how to manage her time effectively and multitask. She has a keen eye for detail, is eager to learn and prove that she is a diligent worker.
Marcela joined Xoomworks in July 2018 as a Support Analyst. Formerly, she has worked as a Procurement Planner and now she is involved on two projects, providing support on P2P Service Desk and Transaction Desk in Ariba, which help improve her communication skills, as well as her quick thinking. Customer oriented and enthusiastic, Marcela adapts to changes very well and is always ready for new challenges.
Ariba Training Analyst
In September 2016, Mircea joined Xoomworks in the Operational Procurement Support department as a Data Analyst. He has previously worked in the International Sales Reporting area where he coordinated the spend overview reports for the top 25 customers portfolio. Besides data analysis, he has been involved a range of projects such as technical integrations and Ariba 1st and 2nd Line Service Desk. Starting with January 2018 he is delivering Ariba upstream training sessions to end users.
Enterprise Sales Manager
Jeff heads up our sales development team and brings with him over 15 years’ experience in the enterprise software space. He is responsible for communicating the Xoomworks offering to new and existing clients. Jeff is a keen gym addict and spends his spare time with his family and 2 cats. He prefers the cats…
Andrada has joined Xoomworks in November 2016, as a Marketing Executive for the Procurement Consulting business. She is part of the Inside Sales team, responsible for creating new business opportunities and building brand awareness. Andrada has a background in Marketing and has previously worked as a sales support analyst.
With a background as Service Desk Analyst for Procurement and Data Analyst, Isabella is the PMO of the Procurement department, maintaining standards of project management and methodology within the branch, ensuring a source of documentation, guidance and metrics on the practice of project management and execution for all projects in the department. Being the link between the different parties within the organization, she is an open, communicative and pro-active person.
