What a great year! And what a great statement to be able to make as a company. 2018 is coming to its end, and we’re proud to be ending a great year whilst eagerly looking forward to an exciting 2019.
This year we’ve helped more than 70 companies to deliver savings, reduce risk and increase sales by transforming their procurement into a valuable corporate asset. And we’ve gained the trust of almost 30 new clients. We say “trust” because we believe it is a big commitment to entrust the success of your procurement function to, basically, a stranger.
We’ve always had our own niche audience, and have typically gained clients through existing customer or partner recommendations. However, this year our consulting reputation proceeded us and we’ve had clients come to us from every source you could imagine.
Over the last 12 months Xoomworks has taken on a record number of clients, as the role of procurement changes and speeds up exponentially, driven by technology advances, customers demand an agile business partner who can support their digital evolution.
Looking at the industry trends and our clients’ procurement concerns, Ian Dagg MD of Xoomworks Procurement says “Clients are increasingly looking to move to source to pay systems as part of their digital transformation. As leaders in this space we have seen procurement rise up the agenda of the Board over the last few years with clients engaging us, not only to change their systems, but to optimise their entire procurement function.”
For the coming year we plan to do the same and a little more. We plan to continue to build our client relations on flexibility and commitment, as we continue to support organisations no matter the maturity of their procurement function.
