Before joining Xoomworks, Trevor worked for 33 years within one of the largest airline companies in the United Kingdom, the last 17 years of which he spent in the Procurement Organisation. Previously to Procurement Trevor worked within Finance managing and implementing Revenue Accounting systems.
Within Procurement Trevor led the design and implementation of Ariba Buyer and then subsequently implemented the Ariba Sourcing, Contract and Spend Analytics modules. He was also responsible for managing the company’s Procurement Operations.
During his procurement career Trevor was part of a number of complex and challenging tasks, all of which he managed to deliver successfully.
Over the last 4 years Trevor has played an instrumental role in delivering a single Group Procurement function as part of the multinational airline holding company’s Procurement Transformation programme. This has involved the creation of a new operating company based in eastern Europe to execute the Procurement function for multiple businesses within the holding.
In addition to the establishment of the new Group Procurement function, he was also the primary design lead for moving the holding’s procurement systems into a single Ariba cloud Source to Pay platform.
Over and above transformation programme and delivery Trevor has also been involved in driving Digital Procurement initiatives to deliver maximum efficiency within the Procurement function.
With his recent move to Xoomworks he aims to support other Organisations Procurement System Projects, Transformation Programmes, delivering efficiency within Procurement Operations and the move to Digital Procurement.
Having been on the ‘client’s side’, Trevor brings with him insights into the challenges faced by clients when going through a procurement transformation process. We are proud to have him join our Team of Consultants and look forward to working and growing together.
