Like at every great company our imagination goes wild when it comes to celebrating.
Whether it's with our colleagues, friends, family or clients we have always endeavoured to follow great success with the perfect celebration. Here we want to share with you just some of the stories of why we believe that celebrating great performance and great people is one of the hallmarks of our happy workplace. It doesn't have to be big. We love buying cake for birthdays, Krispy Kreme's for those well-deserved Friday afternoons, team breakfasts at a friendly cafe or flowers and teddies for "new additions”.
"I have no hesitation in recommending Xoomworks, and its refreshing approach, to any business needing an IT partner it can truly depend on"
We believe it’s time to get involved again in one of our dearest volunteering projects – Adopt a School (Adoptăm o Școală) – initiated and supported by our colleague Oana Ciherean who is directly involved in Adopt a School and is one of Dalia’s Book’s founders. What better way to give back as Autumn has already started turning […]Read more >
When it comes to IT, even the best plans can quickly fly out of the window. And usually just when you need your technology projects completed and delivering real business value. As it is in any company on Earth, employees come and go. When one of our Xoomies recently left, we were all extremely touched by something he did. He sent the Cluj-Napoca office and the few people he has worked with more closely from our other offices, a farewell e-mail. He was also gracious enough […]Read more >

As we’ve mentioned before – we believe in fostering opportunities to improve, learn and share good practice. From the training budget available for each employee here at Xoomworks Technology, one can opt for attending training courses, getting certifications, attending events, or ordering books to learn from, etc. In this regard, we asked Xoomies what they are currently […]Read more >
We’ve talked about charity before, several times because at Xoomworks Technology, we like to keep busy even in our downtime. It touches our hearts to see that so many Xoomies take the time to think of others. Again, and again, they show their continued support and, in the process, we all enjoy some quality time together. In September […]Read more >

Over the past few years, we have had some truly memorable team building events at Xoomworks Technology. We’ve always been keen to break out of the city, seek solace in the wilderness and to reconnect with each other as well as mother nature. This year the Cluj-Napoca, Romania + (some of the very lucky) UK […]Read more >

A while back we asked Xoomworks Technology employees what they thought were the attributes that made a ‘Xoomie’. The term ‘Xoomie’ has been circling internally for quite some time, but for community friends and prospective new recruits, we hope it makes for an interesting insight. Keywords: Delivery focused, can do attitude, youthful enthusiasm, community spirited, continuously […]Read more >
By now we hope that you, our titanic Xoomworks Community folk, are conscious of our ‘small chunk theory’ in which we propose that greatness can and should ideally be mapped out through a series of small wondrous events rather than plotting one big mother of a skyfall.Read more >
At Xoomworks we like to feel that we have a bunch of inspirational people who seek out the time to support people within our community. So we came up with ‘Project January’ as a different way of generating fresh ideas around offering up time and energy to support people in a month of the year that’s traditionally a time when people try to hibernate.Read more >
