Today we are an established company with an excellent reputation among our multinational clients and have a London based business and technical team that work alongside our Operational Procurement Support (OPS) teams based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania and Sofia, Bulgaria.

Position Purpose:

We are looking for candidates to join our Operational Procurement Support (OPS) team as a Senior Coupa Analyst ideally with relevant or similar experience. The role will be based in Sofia but working closely with our team based in Cluj-Napoca, Bulgaria.
The role will be joining our existing team delivering a range of operational support services to several of our clients Coupa Procurement system and liaising with UK and European Xoomworks project teams to support project implementations.

The role will be to join our growing existing team to deliver Coupa Service Desk & Release Management services in English. The Coupa Support service will be delivered to more than 1 client with the opportunity to expand into other areas such as cXML Vendor Enablement, Supplier Enablement, End User training etc. The role will involve developing relationships and liaising with various clients’ departments such as IT, Finance, AP, User Acceptance etc.
In addition to the Coupa Support services the aim of the role is to learn the Coupa processes and systems quickly so that Solution Analyst tasks can be delivered on Coupa implementation projects in the future. The Solution Analyst tasks involve working with UK and European Xoomworks project teams to support project Coupa Implementation or Optimisation projects. Post Covid, Solution Analyst tasks will involve travel to client sites as part of the tasks.
The role will involve developing relationships and liaising with various clients’ departments such as IT, Finance, AP, User Acceptance etc. as well as with their Vendors.

For Service Desk services, you will be part of a specialist team who keeps our clients’ Coupa systems working smoothly and at maximum efficiency by offering ITIL-based support 1st line and 2nd line support.
For Release Management services, you will be delivering manual testing of system upgrades and maintenance of defects tracker during the 3 releases per year. This will involve communicating with them via telephone and email in English.
Your potential for future growth includes participating in cXML Vendor Enablement, User Acceptance Testing and End User training, as well as implementation and customisation of procurement solutions, reporting on your progress along the way.
We will help you expand your skillset through an individual Coupa-based training plan, introducing new challenges along the way.
English is the core language for support, but any additional languages would be a bonus.
We are currently working remotely but post Covid there is potential for some onsite travel and the role is based in our Sofia office.
Our standard working hours are 9am to 6pm but to support our clients we may need provide support outside of these hours, depending on the service. An additional payment is paid for each planned hour of shifted working hours.


Key Responsibilities / Duties:

Service Desk

  • Communicating with UK and Europe based client staff and client suppliers

  • Supporting users of the system by email, phone and ITIL based incident management system

  • Providing systems support and resolution of incidents

  • Supporting client suppliers through the process change via the enablement process

  • Preparing client reports

  • Escalate issues to Team Lead/Service Owner

  • Other ad hoc duties when required

Release Management

  • Manual testing of system upgrades and maintenance of defects tracker

  • Communicating with UK and Europe based client staff and client suppliers

  • Supporting key functionality of Coupa Procurement system

  • Preparing client reports


Experience & Qualifications Required:

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Strong phone and e-mail etiquette

  • Very good MS Office skills (MS Excel of at least intermediate level)

  • At least 1 to 2 year’s system support experience is mandatory

  • Experience of either Coupa or another procurement system or procurement processes is a bonus

  • Any additional European language is a plus

  • Relevant degree/experience is a plus
