We’ve experienced phenomenal growth and to continue on this path we’re actively seeking for a high-performing Sales Director.
The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The Sales Director will be reporting to MD Xoomworks Technology, working with the Senior Leadership Team of 5 Senior Directors. The role offers a fantastic opportunity to build on a solid background in software development and technology sales.
Your experience and knowledge:
- Experience or working in small or medium sized professional services companies
- Experience in selling nearshore development services, rather than products or services around products
- Experience of working with remote teams and in a distributed organization
- Has built sales teams and sales engines before (teams of 3-4 people, including pre-sales and lead gen – not necessarily all in the same office)
- Contribute to define value propositions and focus/offerings, and build lead gen to support that focus
- Ability to focus on the big picture and results of the sales organization
- Ability to close sales personally and get involved in sales/hands on
- Must understand technology at a high level and its implications for business
- Engaging personality and credible at a senior level in client organisations
- Share the Xoomworks vision and values
Nice to have:
- Ideally to have worked in a competitive organisation selling nearshore development services from Eastern Europe
- Someone ideally with technology background and working in the software industry
