We are looking for graduates who are looking for their first or second job to join our OPS team as a Procurement Support Analyst – Ariba/TD. The role will be joining our existing team delivering a range of operational support services to several of our clients Ariba Procurement systems and processes.

The role will be initially split across 2 areas but could grow wider depending upon opportunities and the candidate:
• 1st Line Low Spend Procurement Transaction Support –50% of role
• 1st Line Ariba Downstream Support to UK Client –50% of role

You should have a good degree and an interest in pursuing a career in Procurement and systems support. A good communicator with excellent English skills, a flexible approach and good problem-solving skills is what we are looking for.

English is the core language for support but any additional European languages would be a bonus. There is potential for some onsite travel but the role is based in our Cluj-Napoca office.
Internal Ariba based training plan will be followed so that the relevant Ariba knowledge will be grown.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

• 1st Line Low Spend Procurement Transaction Support
o Supporting queries and issues related to client’s processes received from UK based end users
o Answering telephone during supported hours 2pm – 6pm Ro time
o Supporting users of the process by email, phone and ITIL based incident management system
o Escalating queries and issues to our Service Owner

• 1st Line Ariba Downstream Support
o Supporting queries and issues on Purchase to Pay processes received from UK based end users
o Answering telephone during supported hours 2pm – 6pm Ro time
o Supporting users of the system by email, phone and ITIL based incident management system
o Escalating queries and issues to our 2nd Line Support and/or Service Owner

Experience & Qualifications Required:
• Degree and/or exposure/interest in IT systems
• Excellent English language skills, written and spoken
• Good MS Office skills
• Knowledge of Ariba System and/or Procurement processes is a bonus
• Any additional European language is a bonus
