We are looking for experienced candidates who have successfully delivered a Service or Process Lead role for at least one year to join our OPS team as a Procurement Service Lead. The role will be joining our existing team delivering a range of operational procurement process support services to initially one of our clients.
Due to recent rapid growth of our department we are looking to build a new team with multiple roles to support our client. One of those roles is a Service Lead role with responsibility for the day to day delivery of the service. This role will have a Junior Team Lead role reporting to them who will have the responsibility for the line management of the large team so that they can focus on the service delivery. We are looking for someone with Procurement experience.
You should have a good degree and an interest in pursuing a career in Procurement process support. A good communicator with excellent English skills, a flexible approach and good problem-solving skills is what we are looking for.
English is the core language for support but any additional European languages would be a bonus. There is potential for some onsite travel but the role is based in our Cluj-Napoca office.
