We are looking for graduates who have successfully delivered a Team Lead role for at least one year to join our OPS team as a Procurement Process Team Lead. The role will be joining our existing team managing up to 5 team members and delivering a range of operational procurement process support services to initially one of our clients.
Due to recent rapid growth of our department we are looking to build a new team with multiple roles to support our client. One of those roles is a Team Lead role with responsibility for managing a new team as well as being the service owner for a range of operational procurement process support services to initially one of our clients. We are looking for someone with Team Lead experience delivering procurement services
You should have a good degree and an interest in pursuing a career in Procurement process support. A good communicator with excellent English skills, a flexible approach and good problem-solving skills is what we are looking for.
English is the core language for support but any additional European languages would be a bonus. There is potential for some onsite travel but the role is based in our Cluj-Napoca office.
