We are looking for experienced customer service focused individual to step up into a junior team leading role to join our OPS team as a Procurement Junior Team Lead. The role will be joining our existing team delivering a range of operational system support services to initially one of our clients Ariba Procurement system.
Due to recent rapid growth of our department we are looking to build a new team with multiple roles to support our client. One of those roles is a Junior Team Lead role with responsibility for managing a new team of 8-10 team members. The role is focused on the line management of this large team with no initial client delivery responsibilities, but these could be added at a later date. This role will be reporting into the Service Lead role who will have day to day responsibility for the delivery of the service.
You should have a good degree and an interest in pursuing a career in Procurement and systems support. A good communicator with excellent English skills, a flexible approach and good problemsolving skills is what we are looking for.
English is the core language for support but any additional European languages would be a bonus. There is potential for some onsite travel but the role is based in our Cluj-Napoca office.
Internal Ariba based training plan will be followed so that the relevant Ariba knowledge will be grown.
