Main Duties and Responsibilities

In this role you will: 

  • Manage the front desk and act as the local host for visitors (visiting staff, incoming visitors, candidates, and external clients)
  • Book travel for local staff and occasionally for visiting staff (flights, trains, hotels, insurances, visas etc.)
  • Provide general administrative support and assistance to local team members in their daily activities
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers, answer and forward incoming phone calls;
  • Book locations for meetings and business meetings
  • Order and manage employees’ access codes and cards
  • Assist with organisation of social and company events
  • Offer support to all employees in the office

 

Experience

  • Typically 3 year experience in office administration or related areas
  • Very good presentation, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
  • Good organizational, time management and planning skills
  • Fast-learner, able to multi-task and prioritize well
  • Capacity to prioritize and adapt to changing requirements
  • Positive attitude and mindset with problem solving attitude
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Very good PC skills (Outlook, MS Office)
