We are looking for a self-driven, enthusiastic and organized person to join Xoomworks Outsourcing Sofia as an IT Recruitment Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaises with HR team members
  • Liaises with other functional/departmental managers in order to identify and meet all recruitment needs
  • Identify and implement retention strategies and increase employee engagement
  • Create systems to effectively manage organizational change
  • Evaluate and adjust reward, recognition, and compensation systems
  • Build alignment through better communication and direction
  • Managing new joiners and leavers’ processes, including documentations, onboarding, induction presentations, exit interviews
  • Organizing internal and external events (job fairs, conferences, team buildings, employee communication meetings, technical events)
  • Administer employee compensation, trainings and benefits
  • Performance management and organizational development
  • Defining and implementing HR processes & procedures
  • Coordinates and participates in recruitment, selection and hiring personnel. Developing and implementing resourcing and selection strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool
  • Identifying active and passive candidates by effectively using social media, networking with top people, using search engine marketing techniques, consistently obtaining great employees referrals
  • Evaluating skill level, conduct efficient and professional selection process and drive offer process, salary recommendations and negotiations and closing of candidates
  • Maintains the relation with external suppliers on recruitment services

 

Requirements:

  • Min. 3 years working experience as an HR Specialist
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of the local IT market and extensive network. Proven experience in actively recruiting technical IT profiles
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in implementing HR procedures and follow-up on employee life-cycle related processes
  • Knowledge and understanding of (HR) principles, policies and (business) concepts
  • Ability to build long term partnerships/relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work together professionally with persons from all levels of hierarchy in a self-assured and competent way
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload effectively within a given deadline and changing environment
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • Pro-active, result-oriented, able to work independently and in the same time in liaison with other HR team members.
  • Motivated in delivering high-quality work and in supporting others to achieve the same.
  • Exposure to a multinational environment
  • Very good language skills in English (written and spoken fluently)
