We are looking for a self-driven, enthusiastic and organized person to join Xoomworks Outsourcing Sofia as an IT Recruitment Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process: evaluating skill level, conduct efficient and professional selection process and drive offer process, salary recommendations and negotiations and closing of candidates
- Liaises with HR team members
- Liaises with other functional/departmental managers in order to identify and meet all recruitment needs
- Identify and implement retention strategies and increase employee engagement
- Assisting the team in internal and external events
- Being involved in defining and implementing HR processes & procedures
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years working experience as a Recruitment Specialist
- Very good language skills in English (written and spoken fluently)
- Exposure to a multinational environment
- Very good knowledge of the local IT market and extensive network. Proven experience in actively recruiting technical IT profiles
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience in implementing HR procedures and follow-up on employee life-cycle related processes
- Knowledge and understanding of (HR) principles, policies and (business) concepts
- Pro-active, result-oriented, able to work independently and in the same time in liaison with other HR team members.
