Xoomworks is a niche IT, consulting and outsourcing company with two core lines of business – Xoomworks Procurement (XP) and Xoomworks Technology (XT), having offices in UK, Romania, France, Bulgaria and Germany.

Our XP team consists of procurement consultants and industry specialists who are known for their ability to inspire people and drive change effectively. Our XP team operates in three areas: Procurement Transformation, Procurement Technology(Coupa, SAP Ariba and Jaggaer) and Operational Procurement Support (Service Desk, Release Management, Supplier Enablement).

 

Position Purpose:

The HR Business Partner is the central point of contact for all HR topics within his/her area of responsibility for managers and employees. As an HR BP you will focus on:

  • Implementation of the Human Resources strategies and programs for Procurement line of business, developing an employee centric culture focusing on empowerment, quality and productivity
  • Providing support related to: employee relations, compliance & risk mitigation, training & development, performance evaluation, organizational development, engagement and retention
  • Play an active role in talent acquisition and talent management & development

 

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

Recruitment and selection

  • Co-defines recruitment needs with business owners
  • Manages the end-to-end recruitment process for Procurement line of business including: generating candidates through various sourcing and searching methods, prescreening, interviewing, elaborating the hiring offer
  • Keeps a record on internal job description, ensure updates

 

Learning and Development

  • Analysis of learning and development needs for Procurement line of business aligning with global company programs
  • Gets involved in the organization of the internal and external learning sessions, keeps track of the session and collects feedback

 

Performance Management

  • Coordinates internal employee evaluation processes
  • Measures and reports on the employee objective setting process
  • Participates in organizational structure analysis, succession planning, individual risk assessments and follows-up on the resulting action plan
  • Keeps track of the personal development plan for each employee as a result of the employee evaluation process
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the XP group to develop solutions, programs and policies.

 

Employee Relations & Support

  • Engages in coaching activities and conflict mediation
  • Consults managers on people matters that require in depth knowledge of policies, procedures and local legislation

 

Experience & Qualifications Required:

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes: Recruitment, Performance Management, Change Management, Organizational Culture and Employee Motivation
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent level of English
  • Experience partnering and influencing senior leaders to help drive an effective people agenda that support business results
  • Previous experience in the BPO industry is a plus
  • MS Office advanced level knowledge
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Passionate and flexible
