Due to continued growth and expansion Xoomworks is on the lookout for a hungry, bright and focused individual to join our Demand Generation team. You will be responsible for supporting marketing campaigns from content translation and event management through to lead generation and opportunity creation. A generous commission plan will be provided along with a very enjoyable working environment either based from home or from our London/Paris offices.

 

Main Duties:

  • Develop and generate new business leads to drive customer acquisition
  • Create and maintain call notes and history to a high standard of English
  • Follow up on marketing generated leads & Event attendee lists via text and phone
  • Speak to senior decision makers to qualify any future interest
  • Help marketing to sign-up attendee’s to new events
  • Support various marketing campaigns across multiple solution offerings
  • Translate short campaign material to a high standard of French

 

Personal Qualities:

Candidates need to be:

  • Fluent in French. (Spanish and Italian would be a bonus)
  • A focussed, self-motivated new business hunter
  • A sales & marketing professional passionate about understanding demand generation process
  • A highly effective individual who can instantly build rapport over the phone and email
  • A good listener with the ability to effectively record all provided information
  • Persistent in their activities with an understanding of when to qualify in/out
  • Target orientated with a hunger for money

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written French & English
  • Experience with Lead Funnels (generation and conversion);
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Experience in qualifying leads
  • Experience with demand generation campaigns
  • Experience with working within a team environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
