Business Analysts at the Financial Times (FT) are central to the change programmes that support our continued growth as one of the world’s leading business news and information organisations. We’re looking for a permanent Senior Business Analyst to join the Technology team in Sofia to support our Membership platform.
The role will focus on the platform that underpins the FTs subscription business, one of the core revenue generators for the company. The platform serves to support and enable the business departments and product development in areas such as billing and payments, customer account and subscription management, finance and taxation reporting, access and identity management and corporate licensing.
Our worldwide corporate sales and CRM teams, customer services and marketing functions (to name a few) are keen to leverage the platform capabilities to help them systematise where appropriate and optimise capabilities to meet their goals. Collaboration across platform and product delivery has enabled us to grow our subscription business significantly towards our public goal of 1 million paying users, the Membership platform and therefore this role are a key part of this.
