Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a self-driven, enthusiastic and organized person to join Xoomworks Outsourcing Sofia as an IT Talent Acquisition Partner.

 

The role:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process: skills and cultural assessment, conduct efficient and professional selection process and drive offer process, negotiations and closing of candidates
  • Liaises with Hiring Managers
  • Liaises with engineers to organize technical interviews and collect feedback
  • Assisting the team in internal and external recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Direct sourcing of candidates via digital tools: identifying relevant candidates, sending compelling messages, building rapport and relationships
  • Providing feedback to candidates in process

 

Your profile:

  • Experience in recruitment
  • Advanced in English
  • Good knowledge of the local IT market
  • Familiarity with the common programming languages and tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-organized, initiative and result-oriented
  • Knowledge and understanding of (HR) principles, policies and (business) concepts
  • With positive attitude, team player, open-minded, resilient and trust-worthy personality
