How does it feel to head up the IT sector ranking leader board?
It’s a great feeling when your work is recognised. I appreciate the opportunity to be part of this event and to rub shoulders with colleagues from the fast-developing, and in some cases, seriously-improved Bulgarian IT industry.
What are the qualities or skills a specialist in your profession needs?
For me personally, it’s about a constant desire for personal and professional development and curiosity about a highly dynamic and ever-changing technology world. We face new challenges every day; that means we always have to innovate. Loving what we do, and perseverance is the key to sustainable career growth.
Do you have a golden rule you follow at work?
I wouldn’t call it a “golden rule”, but for me, respect towards colleagues and partners is very important. What drives us forward is the trust we have with our clients. We are a team and together do our best to achieve our goals.
What is the best way to tackle a challenge?
We need to approach every obstacle as a team – that is the foundation of our success. I am happy I can develop and grow in a great team and a great company. We know we can count on our colleagues, and they can count on us – this gives us the confidence to tackle every task.
What is your advice to the beginners in your profession? How do you become successful in the IT Sector?
Don’t be afraid to experiment. Take advantage of every new possibility. Enjoy what you are doing, and everything will fall into place.
