One of the world’s leaders in publishing and education has turned to Xoomworks for strategic procurement support to help speed up the delivery of a number of business drivers including cost savings, efficiencies, visibility and control from its Coupa software.
Xoomworks’ supplier enablement team carried out a review and analysis of its client’s supplier network to assess what efficiencies could be achieved in order to help them get the most out of their Coupa investment. The process included identifying supplier gaps and determining which enablement pathway would be suitable for each group of suppliers. Then Xoomworks set about the process of onboarding suppliers onto the Coupa system.
Xoomworks has also supported its client with end user training in USA and Canada, as well as in the UK. Training has been both face-to-face and virtual with Xoomworks currently involved in the production of a number of new training videos. Training sessions have been delivered in both English and French through Xoomworks multi-language support services.
