Joined Xoomworks in 2002 with a background of over 20 years in consulting and outsourcing.  An engineer keen on  building things  I love rowing, sailing, getting up hills and working with great people.

Anthony Baring
Finance Director
At Xoomworks since 2007, after 20 years in media and professional services. Love working here with a great bunch of people - very refreshing. Have six lovely children, cycle and chop wood every weekend.

Jamie Holmes
Operations Director
An engineer who started in Manufacturing and moved to Consulting in 1998.  Passionate about understanding how things work; I have found my home in Consulting.  Give me trainers  and I will run, but I haven’t learnt when to stop.

Christophe Bajc
Service Delivery Director, Cluj and Head of Technical Outsourcing
Christophe has been Service Manager, IT director and consultant in Europe and Asia. He is a certified ITIL expert, and has a strong focus on customer, people and quality. He is a fan of antique cars and Japanese swords.

Malcolm Clark
Founder & Group CEO
Co-Founded Xoomworks in 2000 after 20 years in consulting and outsourcing, including several years as a Partner at Deloitte Consulting. Very proud of everyone at Xoomworks. Especially keen on keeping fit and Karting and my two children, of course.

Steve Jackson
Founder & Group COO
Co-founded Xoomworks in 2000, driven by a passion to build great relationships with clients. Workaholic tendencies tempered by the recent arrival of a family. Love being a dad, keen skier, guitarist and rugby player.

David Bone
Head of Managed Services
Joined Xoomworks in 2005 to lead Managed Services. Passionate about building long-lasting relationships and delivering real value-add for clients. He loves his two kids, wants to be an Ironman and has a penchant for pointy shoes.

Ian Dagg
Head of Procurement Consulting
I moved to Xoomworks from PWC and now run large, complex projects across a variety of business areas. Outside of work I love playing football with my kids and poker (not with my kids).

Martin Denham
Head of Technology
Joined Xoomworks in 2006.  I equally love getting my hands dirty as I do managing the delivery of successful projects which I have been doing for over 20 years.  I love to play golf and ski whenever an opportunity presents itself.

Nicolas Henry
Head of Business Intelligence
Joined Xoomworks in 2009 to start a new BI practice after working in BI for 10 years.We now have a thriving team which includes several world experts. I live in London and get out at weekends to mountain bike, hike, kite surf or snowboard in winter.
