The Xoomworks Community

What is the Xoomworks Community?

At the very heart it is the Xoomworks team combined with family, friends, past customers, investors, suppliers, our FOX network (Friends of Xoomworks) and some of our brilliant past employees.

If you think of it in these terms you begin to get a feel for the people that make up the fabric of our community.

For us it’s about the opportunity to bring people together and celebrate at events such as our momentous 10^th Anniversary at the RAF club, London in 2010 and planning for our 5th year celebrations in Cluj in 2012.

Within the community we also look to see how we can engage with our chosen charities and build sustainable relationships through mentoring, support and giving one of the most vital commodities - time. As we continue to grow as a company, the future for us is all about how we go about inspiring our community members so that they also feel that they too can help make a difference.

Three times a year colleagues from Xoomworks take the day away from client sites for our company Team Day in which we open up the floor  for everyone to put forward the agenda. Often first on the list are questions on 'what are we doing for our next challenge', 'how can we do more that just raise money' and 'when are we going to celebrate our last success'
