Our team is split between London and our 24x7 facility in Cluj Romania where we have excellent language capability (English and FIGS – French Italian German Spanish) and high quality software engineers and analysts.

We have developed what we call the One-Team Approach to outsourcing, which delivers a tight working relationship between London, Cluj and our customer teams. Each customer has a Xoomworks UK based team lead, either onsite or offsite at our Central London base. This role is to ensure that we are engaging our clients at every level to guarantee that your outsourced programmes are meeting the expectations of your business colleagues around you, from users to sponsors and investors.
