Xoomworks is a procurement and business intelligence niche or boutique consulting and outsourcing professional services company. We deliver a complete range of Consulting, Technology and Outsourcing solutions to large and mid-sized companies.
 
Our skill is to become part of a client's organisation, understand their business, rip apart their problems and then enable them to get control of the procurement and BI functions. We then support this through solutions and processes, which enable our clients to keep control.

Our experience with large consultancies has led us to believe that, while their business systems focus had a sound value proposition, their culture was such that employees found it a difficult place to work. Xoomworks was therefore created to combine the systems integration skills of a large consultancy with the supportive environment and positive culture of a Silicon Valley start-up.
