Ringing the changes at Westminster

Westminster City Council in London called in Xoomworks to help complete the implementation of their Ariba Buyer system. Xoomworks played an crucial role in the technical and change management aspects of the project including spend analysis, business process re-engineering, technical development and training.

Xoomworks acted decisively to avert a major system interface issue, averting a significant risk to year-end accounting processes. A major review at the Anchor Trust

Xoomworks designed an organisational restructure of finance and procurement services for the Anchor Trust, one of the UK’s biggest not-for-profit housing associations. This included reviewing supplier selection, supplier enablement, purchase of goods and services including asset management and supplier invoice processing and payment.
