Xoomworks is a Procurement Transformation professional services company that delivers a complete range of Consulting, Technology and Outsourcing solutions to large and mid-sized companies.
 
Our skill is to become part of a client's organisation, understand their business, rip apart their problems and then enable them to get control of the procurement and finance function. We then support this through suitable financial systems and processes, which enable our clients to keep control.

Our experience with large consultancies has led us to believe that, while their business systems focus had a sound value proposition, their culture was such that employees found it a difficult place to work. Xoomworks was therefore created to combine the systems integration skills of a large consultancy with the supportive environment and positive culture of a Silicon Valley start-up.

We are looking for employees with supply chain e-business experience to help us build our teams. All employees must have a strong desire to create a fun, dynamic organisation. Potential employees also must be prepared to be honest about personal growth desires and needs.

For example, a portion of employee bonus is dependent on how much the employee adds to the company's culture. How much of that bonus is tied to culture is determined by the employee and the company.
